The strategy consultancy
In the second meeting, you will learn from the concept proposal what we would like to implement with you in terms of branding and content. We work hand in hand with you and adapt the strategy to your wishes.

The kick-off meeting
At this point, we start the conception phase. We hold a kick-off meeting with you in which we clarify open questions and discuss the next steps. Our aim is to develop an optimal concept.

The planning
Now we move on to the conception and planning of the shoot. This can include location visits, scripts, shooting concepts and much more. This is how we ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the shoot.

The shoot
We shoot! According to a fixed plan, we produce the business photos/videos for you and your team that show your company in the best light and lead to success.

The follow-up

Do I need my own office?
No, you don’t need your own office. We will be happy to organize a suitable location for the shoot.
When is the right time for a photo shoot?
The optimum time depends on your individual shooting concept. In most cases, however, the morning or afternoon are suitable, as the light is particularly favorable at these times.
Do you only take photos at the shoot?
This depends entirely on your individual concept. Short videos can usually be integrated without a great deal of additional time and offer an ideal complement to the photos – we are happy to adapt to your wishes!
I feel uncomfortable in front of the camera. What should I do?
First of all: you are not alone in this! Many people feel uncomfortable in front of the camera – that’s completely normal. As professional photographers, we know exactly how to help you relax. With a pleasant atmosphere, clear instructions and empathetic guidance, we ensure that you feel comfortable in front of the camera and that natural, authentic photos are created. Trust in our experience – your well-being is our top priority!
How long does a shoot take?
The duration of a shoot depends on the concept and scope. As a rule, it takes between 1 and 3 hours, depending on how many motifs and scenes are planned.
Do you block our internal processes a lot on the day of the shoot?
We strive to make the shoot as efficient and unobtrusive as possible in order to disrupt your internal processes as little as possible. Usually only a short preparation is necessary and we work quickly to make the day run as smoothly as possible.
